The birth of a Crane Wheel...every job that passes through Mechtech's doors are first meticulously designed and planned, an easy task with our sound technical expertise & state of the art 3D CAD software! |

After R&D, the material is ordered and all machining processes are done, preparing it for assembly. |
|
|
The wheels & Bearings are then assembled by means of heating and pressing and are then sent for a coat of paint. |
|
|
After painting the assemblies are then sent for a final inspection, once we are happy that all requirements are met per the clients specifications will the items be made available for delivery. |
|
|
Done and dusted, a happy customer makes for a happy Mechtech!!
